Intrusion  Detection

Intrusion detection systems, also known as burglar alarm systems, use a variety of sensors to detect and mitigate theft, vandalism, life safety and property damage.

  •
  • • Theft and vandalism detection can include, but not be limited to: motion detection, door switches, glass break sensors and shock type sensors
  • • Life safety detection can include: panic buttons, smoke and heat detectors, carbon monoxide, and natural gas
  • • Property damage detection can include: freeze sensors, flood detectors, sump level sensors

Many of these systems can be interactive and you can use your smart phone for remote control and status. For commercial applications, Chubb Edwards is listed to provide Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada (ULC) certified installations that can reduce your insurance premiums.
